Personal injury leads for law firms

Claimant inquiries, with the ad risk on us.

Many firms buy attorney leads on a retainer with ad spend on top, or from a list sold to several firms at once. Ours work differently. You pay per lead that meets your agreed criteria, each lead goes to your firm alone, and there's no upfront cost or setup fee. It's risk-free for your firm: any lead outside your criteria is replaced free within 5 days, as set out in our Terms.

How it works

From our ad to your intake team in five steps.

You tell us what you take on. We handle everything until a claimant's details reach your firm.

  1. Illustrative intake brief with firm name, practice states and case types

    01

Tell us what you take on.

Your practice states, the case types you want and how many new matters your intake team can handle.

  2. Illustrative phone ad for people injured in an accident, leading to a short form asking for state, accident type and when it happened

    02

    We run the ads.

No media buyer to brief and no ad spend from you.

  3. Illustrative intake answers with accident type, state, when it happened, medical treatment, attorney status and recorded consent

    03

    Claimants answer a few questions.

Their state, the type of incident, when it happened, whether they got medical treatment and whether they already have an attorney.

  4. Illustrative lead record showing the claimant's state, recorded consent and the one firm it was sent to

    04

The lead comes to your firm.

One named firm per lead, with the consent record attached.

  5. Illustrative billing line for one claimant lead, with payment terms agreed with the firm

    05

    You pay per lead.

Only for leads that meet the criteria agreed with you. Payment terms agreed with you.

The model

Pay per lead, not per month.

The usual model has you paying a retainer, funding the ads on top and waiting to see what comes in. Here you pay per lead that meets your criteria, so the risk sits with us.

The risk sits on us.

  • No upfront cost

Nothing to pay before your leads start.

  • No setup fees

We build and run the campaigns at our own cost.

  • You only pay for results

A result is a lead that meets your agreed criteria. The price never depends on whether the claimant hires you.

  • We run the ads. You don't hand over any ad account.

No logins, no pages, no ad budget from your firm.

  • Every lead is exclusive to you. Never shared, never resold.

Each claimant's details go to one firm: yours.

  • Lead outside your criteria? Free replacement within 5 days.

Wrong details, a case type you don't take or a duplicate. Tell us within 5 days and we replace it, as set out in our Terms.

  • Firms that have paid a retainer plus ad spend and are still waiting for inquiries

FAQ

Questions law firms ask us.

You pay for each lead that meets the criteria agreed with you, such as state and case type. That's the result. The price never depends on whether the claimant hires your firm or how the matter ends. There's no upfront cost and no setup fees, and payment terms are agreed with you before your leads start.

A billable lead is a claimant in your state, with a case type you take, who answered our screening questions and agreed that your firm may contact them. If a lead has wrong details, falls outside your agreed criteria or repeats one we've already sent you, email hello@wallmedia.co.uk within 5 days and we'll replace it free. The full rule is in our Terms.

Yes. Each lead goes to one firm only, and the consent the claimant gives names that firm. Never shared, never resold. Exclusivity applies to each lead. We don't sell exclusive areas.

We cover [NEEDS: launch states, decision 3]. Case types are motor vehicle accidents (car and auto accident leads), truck accidents, slip and fall, dog bites and other incidents. You choose which you want. We don't take workers' comp.

There are no setup fees and no upfront cost. You pay per lead that meets your criteria. Your terms, including how long they run and how to pause, are agreed with you and set out in writing before your leads start.

Each claimant ticks an unticked box agreeing that your firm, named on the page, may call and text them, and a separate box for their injury information. We store the consent wording, its version, the time and a TrustedForm certificate with every lead, and send the record to you with it.

Neither. We're a marketing and lead generation company. We're not a law firm, we don't give legal advice and we don't share in legal fees. We never recommend or vouch for a lawyer: claimants choose to contact the firm named on the page.

Each lead is sent once the claimant submits the form, with their answers and consent record attached. We agree the format with you before your leads start, by email or into your CRM or intake software.

Claimants answer questions on their state, incident type, when it happened, medical treatment and whether they already have an attorney. Anyone outside your criteria, or hurt at work, doesn't reach you. If one slips through, it's replaced free within 5 days.

Every claimant page carries "Attorney advertising" and "not a law firm" notices and names the one firm the claimant will hear from. We never promise an outcome or compensation, and we never recommend a lawyer. Where your state requires set wording, a responsible attorney's name or a filing, we agree it with you before your page goes live.
